10 Days of Uninterrupted Prayer for Peace

Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere, Free Prayer, Single or in Group　

“Whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, I am there with them." (Mt 18:19-20)

　

Start: August 6, 2010 (Friday) 8am

End: August 15, 2010 (Sunday) 8pm
There is no special Mass for the end of the relay, but you can attend Mass at your parish church and pray for peace on this the Feast of the Assumption.
 

　

Applying for the Relay

・One unit is 30 minutes. Anyone can apply for multiple units
・The start of a unit is every hour on the hour, and on the half hour.
・Prayer form is not fixed. Please use your preferred form of prayer.
・The place of prayer is also optional. You can participate in the relay from your place of work, a hospital bed, your home, or outdoors, anywhere you find yourself.
・From this web site you can see the prayer schedule and the number of people praying everyday. Comments and Prayers are also published on the Japanese web site.
・Applications can be entered by individuals or groups.
・You can also enter units that other people have already applied for.
